Macdonald Design were approached by our client in 2011 to look at viable options for a back garden development. The plot is formed by the rear gardens of no’s 60 and 62 Woodcote Road but faces directly onto The Wend, a residential street which forms the southern boundary of the no 60.

A scheme for a five-bedroom detached house has been submitted to planning following detailed consultation between the local authority and our planning associate Kevin Scott.

The house incorporates an entertainment room and an open plan kitchen and dining area which, with sliding folding doors, opens out into the garden.
